During my stay at Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City, I found the beds incredibly comfortable, and the room service was great. However, my experience was marred by some service inconsistencies at check-in and a few hygiene issues in the room. The hospitality I received from Mr. Kalhan Kaul at the front desk made my experience really good, ensuring my needs were met throughout my 10-day visit. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in the management of room cleanliness that left a bit to be desired. While the staff's attentiveness was amazing, there were a few issues with room assignments and the bathroom upkeep that affected my overall impression. 😊
